We are currently seeking anexperienced Casual Pizzaiolo to join our kitchen team.
PositionRequirements
To be considered for this roleapplicants must have:
Full Australian working rights
Minimum 13 years experience as a Pizzaiolo in a professional commercial kitchen
Demonstrated experience in dough production fermentation management stretching and pizza cooking techniques
Experience working in high-volume hospitality environments
Strong understanding of food safety hygiene and kitchen compliance standards
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a professional kitchen brigade
Strong communication and organisational skills
Availability to work weekdays weekends evenings and public holidays as required
Prepare ferment portion and manage pizza dough production
Stretch top and cook pizzette to established venue standards
Monitor product quality consistency and presentation during service
Maintain stock levels and assist with ordering requirements
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently upheld
Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team during service
Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials where required
Assist with training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
