Physiotherapist

This opportunity is perfect if you are looking for a clinical position with a proactive injury prevention focus outside the normal four walls and a bed of clinical physiotherapy.

We want you to use your skills and knowledge in both prevention and rehabilitation programs on the front line. The role is based in our Hobart clinic but also requires the delivery of on-site services with customers all around Tasmania. 

The role also has plenty of variety autonomy and flexible working hours. Day to day you will undertake activities such as:

• Delivering clinical Physiotherapy services in a variety of settings i.e. in the clinic and in onsite locations
• Developing and delivering injury prevention health and wellness and injury management programs to both private clients and organisations 
• Performing Workplace Assessments Task and Role Risk Assessements Job Demands Assessments; including associated job / role modification recommendations and advice
• Perform Pre-employement and other Capacity Assessments
• Deliver Health Surveillance / Screening Programs 

Qualifications :

• Full AHPRA registration 
• An understanding of workers compensation rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation
• Excellent communication customer service and time management skills
• A self-starter with a go-getter attitude taking pride in a job well-done with attention to detail
• Ability to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
• Current Australian drivers license and vehicle
• Willingness to learn and be a positively impact on peoples lives
• The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey including embracing new and emerging technology
