Performance & Reporting Manager

We currently have an opportunity for a Performance & Reporting Manager. Join our Government & Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in enhancing service outcomes efficiency and contract performance across the contract through data-driven insights and advisory support. Reporting to the Contract Manager youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What Youll Do

Thisrole offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:

• Lead analysis of complex contract and operational data to identify trends anomalies emerging risks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop insights root cause analysis and evidence-based recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Design and enhance dashboards reporting frameworks and performance measurement approaches that move reporting toward diagnostic and predictive analysis.
• Support implementation monitoring and refinement of performance improvement initiatives across service delivery and contract outcomes.
• Engage stakeholders governance forums data and BI teams to improve data quality accessibility and performance outcomes.

What Youll Bring

• Tertiary qualification in Business Analytics Data Analytics Economics Commerce Statistics Information Systems or a related field or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Experience in data analysis performance analysis or business intelligence roles involving complex datasets and insight-driven recommendations.
• Strong capability in trend analysis root cause analysis performance diagnostics and translating findings for non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency with analytical and visualisation tools such as Excel Power BI Tableau or equivalent platforms.
• A collaborative customer-centric approach with strong written and verbal communication stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
