Our client is an established engineering construction and operations business delivering transport building water and other infrastructure works across Australia. Its multidisciplinary teams support the development and operation of assets used by local communities.
The Opportunity
Support people operations for an infrastructure delivery team in Albion. This is a maximum-term parental-leave-cover opportunity with an expected duration of at least 12 months.
Your Work
Coordinate training compliance and employee-development activities.
Administer graduate and undergraduate recruitment rotations and development programmes.
Support inductions workforce planning and mobilisation and demobilisation.
Maintain accurate records across onboarding offboarding probation and payroll administration.
Prepare workforce reporting and support recognition programmes and people-team projects.
Requirements
Skills Education and Requirements
Human resources business or related qualification and experience in a people HR coordination or graduate-programme role.
Understanding of recruitment onboarding development and the broader employee lifecycle.
Strong organisation data accuracy and ability to manage competing priorities.
Effective relationships discretion with confidential information and a customer-focused approach.
