What Youll Be Doing

As part of the P & C team youll be a direct contact for all things People & Capability helping us attract support and empower great this role youll:

  • support end-to-end recruitment from advertising and screening candidates to onboarding new hires.
  • Keep operations running smoothly by maintaining records updating databases and ensuring organisation chart accuracy.
  • Support and advise leaders on P&C processes including recruitment performance and conduct health and wellbeing initiatives and workplace relations.
  • Be a trusted point of contact for employees providing guidance on policies leave and employment terms.
  • Maintain high standards of confidentiality integrity and professionalism when working with employee information.
  • Stay up to date with HR best practices and contribute to continuous improvement across the business.

About You

Were looking for someone whos not just qualified but passionate about people. Youll bring:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification (or be working towards one) or demonstrated success in previous human resources role/s.
  • At least 3 years of experience providing HR advice and support including recruitment. Experience with coordinating medicals and health and injury matters will be favourably considered.
  • A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for improving the employee experience.
  • An understanding of Australian labour laws.
  • Strong computer and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A commitment to ethics integrity and discretion.
