We are seeking a Partnerships Manager: Workforce Connect to proactively identify secure and grow employment opportunities for Participants across Eighty9 Limiteds employment services contracts.

This role is focused on developing strong employer partnerships that translate directly into job placements apprenticeships and traineeships. You will work closely with internal operational teams to understand participant capability and align workforce solutions to meet local labour market demand.

This is a dynamic outcomes-driven position suited to a commercially minded relationship builder who understands how to open doors build trust with employers and convert opportunities into measurable employment results.

Our ideal candidate will have:

A proven history of success in business development labour hire or account management within a competitive environment

Experience sourcing employment opportunities and working directly with employers to fill vacancies

Demonstrated experience managing employer portfolios contracts or business streams with performance accountability

Strong knowledge of KPIs targets and contractual performance expectations

Established networks within local industry employer groups or workforce sectors (highly regarded)

The ability to confidently canvas negotiate and secure opportunities with medium to large employers

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive financial and performance outcomes

Confidence operating autonomously while contributing to a high-performing team

A proactive results-driven approach to employer engagement

The ability to translate workforce needs into practical employment solutions

Experience coordinating employment initiatives vacancy management or workforce campaigns

Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and reporting capability

Professional integrity and the ability to ethically represent the Organisation

An understanding of barriers faced by disadvantaged jobseekers and the ability to positively influence employer perceptions
