Outside of School Hours Area Manager-Adelaide, SA

• Location: Adelaide South Australia (Hybrid / Mobile).
• Package: Base: Base: $77000 $85000 (depending on experience) plus 12% superannuation. Plus a generous travel allowance to keep you moving across your region.
• Reports: This role reports directly to the National Programs Manager.

• Training: Two weeks training up front to ensure youre well trained and ready for the job.
• Purposeful Hybrid Flexibility: Youll manage multiple services with the flexibility to assist with your services at your own planned day do admin from your home office and join us in Docklands monthly to connect and recharge.

• Use your can-do attitude to tackle challenges knowing you have a supportive network behind you.
• Showcase your regions growth celebrate team wins and identify new opportunities to elevate our service standards.
• Drive high performance across your sites by conducting regular educator appraisals.

• Proven experience managing people (ideally in Education or Childcare).
• You speak every language of OSHC. Whether youre engaging with a curious child empowering an Educator or navigating a high-level meeting with school leadership you build trust and connection in minutes.
• ACECQA approved qualifications such as a Diploma or higher in Child Care Education youth work or Community Services. Check with us if your qualification is approved!
• Valid Drivers License and your own car (car allowance is provided).
• Working with Children Check First Aid (HLTAID012) and Child Protection Training are required. Well help you get up to speed with these!
