About the role

As an Officer Student Success you will play a key role in delivering responsive high-quality support to students academics and stakeholders across the University. Acting as a primary point of contact for student success enquiries you will provide accurate advice guidance and administrative support while ensuring consistency with University policies and procedures. Working within a collaborative and service-focused environment you will help students navigate their university experience contribute to the delivery of student success initiatives maintain effective records and documentation and identify opportunities to enhance processes and services. Reporting to the Lead Student Fairness and Operations you will be instrumental in creating positive student experiences through professional efficient and solutions-focused support.

You will bring

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or an equivalent combination of education training and experience.
  • Experience in administration customer service and stakeholder support within a complex organisation.
  • Strong written communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive collaborative approach with a commitment to continuous improvement and delivering exceptional service outcomes.
