PALS Inc is seeking a reliable friendly and community-minded Yarrawonga Office & CEO Support Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer and help keep our Yarrawonga office welcoming organised and running smoothly.
This is an entry-level hands-on office-based position for someone who enjoys helping people completing practical tasks carefully and learning new skills.

About the role
Reporting to the CEO you will provide routine reception office and administrative support from our Yarrawonga office. You will work under close direction using established procedures templates and checklists to complete allocated office tasks prepare meeting materials maintain documents and records and provide courteous assistance to visitors callers and staff.
Your work will include:
- Providing friendly reception telephone and visitor support.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail deliveries information packs and routine correspondence.
- Printing scanning filing archiving and completing basic data entry.
- Maintaining office supplies stationery meeting spaces and routine office presentation.
- Assisting the CEO with meeting materials calendar invitations document preparation and practical arrangements as directed.
- Preparing meeting rooms stationery sign-in sheets attendance lists and approved materials.
- Uploading pre-approved content to PALS social-media and digital platforms.
- Preparing and distributing approved internal notices invitations and information updates.
- Completing other routine office-support tasks under direction.
This position is based at the PALS Yarrawonga office. Regular on-site attendance is an inherent requirement because the role includes reception physical mail document handling meeting-room preparation office supplies and practical in-person support. Remote work is not an ordinary feature of the position.
About you
You are a reliable friendly and organised person who enjoys helping others and completing practical office tasks carefully. You will be comfortable following instructions using established systems and asking for guidance when needed.
You will bring:
- An interest in administration reception customer service or office support.
- Basic computer skills including email word processing and online systems or the willingness and ability to learn.
- Clear polite verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures templates and checklists.
- A respectful and helpful approach to visitors callers staff and community members.
- Reliability punctuality and willingness to learn from direction and feedback.
- Willingness and ability to work regularly from the PALS Yarrawonga office.
Prior experience in reception administration retail customer service volunteering office support social-media posting or website-content updates will be highly regarded.

Requirements
The successful applicant will be required to:
- Hold or be able to obtain and maintain an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Have the right to work in Australia.
- Work regularly from the PALS Yarrawonga office.
- Demonstrate a commitment to PALS values privacy confidentiality safety and inclusive practice.
A current Victorian Driver Licence or progress toward obtaining one is desirable.
