This role is for OTs who prefer working with adults and want the space to do it properly.
Not rushed visits.
And not being pulled into areas youre not interested in.
Were working with a private practice in Melbourne that has built a strong adult-focused service across functional assessments rehab and NDIS work with a clear focus on quality and clinician wellbeing.
What the work actually looks like
- Adult-only caseload (no paediatrics unless you request it)
- A mix of functional capacity assessments home visits and ongoing therapy
- Time to think plan and write reports without staying back late
- Flexibility between clinic-based and community work
