Night Manager

The Night Manager is the senior operational representative on shift and serves as the primary escalation point for operational issues incidents resident and student support and overnight service delivery across Powerhouse Parramatta.

Operating within a complex 24-hour environment the Night Manager provides operational coordination across Powerhouse Residencies Lang Walker Academy and overnight site operations ensuring a safe secure and seamless experience for residents students guests and stakeholders.

Acting as Manager-on-Duty during overnight periods the role is responsible for coordinating overnight operations responding to incidents and service disruptions managing guest and resident issues and supporting the operational readiness of the site for the following day. The Night Manager works collaboratively with Security Facilities Cleaning and operational teams to maintain operational continuity site safety and service standards across the precinct.

The role operates on a dedicated overnight roster within a 24-hour operational environment and provides leadership and operational coverage during overnight periods weekends and public holidays as required.
