Job Summary
Ventia is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our Telecommunications team on a major project based in Adelaide.
Working within a complex enterprise and industrial network environment youll be responsible for the design deployment support and optimisation of critical network infrastructure security platforms and supporting systems. Applicants must be Adelaide-based or willing to relocate to Adelaide for the project.
About You
- You will bring strong experience across:
- Cisco networking technologies including IOS/IOS-XE BGP OSPF and switching
- Cisco IE3500 Catalyst 9300 and Nexus platforms
- Palo Alto firewalls including PAN-OS security policies and NAT
- VMware vSphere/ESXi and vCenter administration
- Windows Server environments Active Directory DNS and DHCP
- Network design documentation and troubleshooting
- TCP/IP VLANs STP/RSTP QoS and network security fundamentals
Highly Regarded
- Experience with Panorama management
- Exposure to OT/industrial network environments
- Knowledge of NPS Certificate Services and other AD-integrated services
