Werelooking for an experiencedNDIS Funding & Billing Coordinatorto join our Melbourne (Caulfield) team.
This isnota Plan Management role. Instead were seeking someone with strong NDIS funding billing and invoice management experience who can apply their expertise to support our national operations provide day-to-day oversight of our non-clinical administration team and help ensure the accurate and efficient management of funding and billing across the organisation.
Whilethe majority ofour services are delivered under the NDIS this role will also provide oversight and support across other funding streams including private Medicare and aged care.Youllplay a key role in ensuring our funding billing and invoicing processesremainaccuratecompliantand scalable as Connect2Care continues to grow.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide day-to-day oversight and support to our administration team in relation to NDIS funding management and invoicing.
Oversee daily invoicing to ensure accuracy and compliance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
Develop and improve internal processes relating to NDIS billing fundingmanagementand administration.
Support clinicians and administration staff with NDIS funding queries.
Investigate and resolve rejected claims paymentissuesand invoicing discrepancies.
Manage outstanding invoices and support accounts receivable activities.
Build strong relationships with participants plan managers supportcoordinatorsand internal stakeholders.
Develop andmaintainknowledge ofadditionalfunding and billing streams including private clients Medicare agedcareand other funding models to support the broader needs of the organisation

Requirements
Werelooking for someone who understands the NDIS inside and out.
Youllideally have:
Previousexperience working withinanNDIS Plan Management organisation NDIS provider or similar funding administration role.
Strong understanding of NDIS funding budgets service bookingsclaimsand invoicing.
Experience interpreting NDIS Pricing Arrangements and participant funding.
Knowledge of PRODA the NDIS Portal and/or PACE is highly regarded.
Experience in accounts receivable invoice reconciliation or funding administration.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
The confidence to support and guide administration staff while working collaboratively across teams.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
