Mineco is a leading national civil and mining services company operating across the East Coast of Australia. We deliver comprehensive solutions to Tier 1 clients including bulk dozer push coal quality and recovery crushing civil works and rehabilitation services. With our Head Office in Beresfield NSW a fully equipped workshop in Muswellbrook NSW and an additional office in Queensland we maintain a strong presence across all major sites across the East Coast.

Due to the growth of a current project we are seeking skilled and motivated operators to join our team. We have multiple opportunities available for experienced individuals who are eager to contribute to a growing and dynamic civil and mining business.

The Role

• 7/7 roster FIFO & DIDO options with full camp facilities
• Land and Rehabilitation project based in the Bowen Basin
• Operating Excavators & Dozers efficiently to ensure maximum output on a mine site
• Following site procedures and safety standards
• Conducting pre-starts and basic machine checks
• Maintaining a clean well-looked-after machine

About You

• Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a mining or civil environment
• Ability to pass a Coal Board Medical
• Relevant tickets / RII (within 5 years)
• Strong safety focus and good site awareness
• Reliable punctual and able to work as part of a team
