Opportunity: Busy jobbing shop Mix of one-offs breakdowns and repeat work Youll run your own jobs think it through and get it done right Expected to guide apprentices and set the standard on the floor
Experience:3 - 5 years manual machining Confident off drawings hitting tolerances and solving problems without being handheld Team player no ego Comfortable mentoring apprentices and helping lift the team
