This role is Permanent Part Time 32 hours per week based in Wodonga.
Disability experience is valued but not essential.

As Manager youll lead a team of Support Workers delivering high-quality services across Shared Living homes in the Wodonga region.
Youll play a key role in ensuring residents experience safe empowering and person-centred support while leading your team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
This role combines people leadership operational management and service quality responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead coach and support a team of Support Workers
- Foster a positive engaged and high-performing team culture
- Ensure services align with person-centred and human rights-based practice
- Partner with residents families advocates and stakeholders
- Support positive behaviour support strategies and safeguarding practices
- Oversee workforce planning rosters and service delivery
- Manage budgets and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards policies and quality requirements
- Drive continuous improvement and service excellence
Youll be a confident and compassionate leader who is passionate about supporting people and developing teams.
Youll bring:
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing operational priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- A commitment to inclusion dignity and person-centred practice
- Experience in disability aged care healthcare community services or another people-focused sector is highly regarded
