Aruma is seeking an experienced Manager Community to lead our Logan portfolio supporting complex 24/7 service environments.
This role requires a highly capable operational leader who can navigate complexity lead diverse teams and deliver strong customer financial and compliance outcomes.
About the Role
The Manager Community is responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of community-based services ensuring high-quality outcomes for customers while aligning with Arumas strategic goals and values. This role provides leadership coaching and support to Service Leads and frontline teams fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.
As a key operational leader you will oversee service delivery across a range of settings including community hubs respite services customer homes and community-based supports. You will be accountable for operational performance financial management workforce planning quality outcomes and compliance.
The successful candidate will support person-centred practices ensuring customers receive safe high-quality support that promotes independence choice and inclusion. You will also play a critical role in maintaining compliance managing risks and driving service excellence across your portfolio.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing leadership across complex support and service environments.
- Supporting Service Leads and frontline leaders to deliver exceptional services.
- Managing service delivery risks and operational challenges.
- Driving quality clinical governance compliance and safeguarding outcomes.
- Overseeing workforce planning service continuity and financial performance.
- Building strong relationships with customers families and key stakeholders.
About You
- Minimum 5 years leadership experience in disability community services health aged care or human services.
- Experience managing large and diverse workforces.
- Proven experience supporting customers with complex needs.
- Strong understanding of NDIS clinical governance quality and compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated success managing budgets workforce utilisation and operational performance.
- A resilient and visible leader who thrives in complex environments.
