Logistics Coordinator and Site Administrator - Construction
About the Employer
Our client is an infrastructure engineering and construction contractor delivering transport civil and energy projects. Its teams work across design construction and project delivery in Australia.
The Opportunity
Keep day-to-day construction logistics and administration running smoothly on a site-based infrastructure role in Westmead. You will coordinate deliveries materials plant cranage waste and access while supporting the project team.
Your Responsibilities
Schedule delivery bookings and daily movements through Veyor.
Track material transfers inventory and stock records.
Coordinate heavy vehicles plant traffic arrangements and site access in line with Chain of Responsibility obligations.
Maintain waste delivery and project records and prepare routine logistics reports.
Support onboarding inductions PPE purchasing site meetings and general administration.
Requirements
Skills Education and Requirements
Ideally at least two years in logistics supply chain site administration or construction.
Experience organising deliveries materials or construction-site logistics.
Practical Excel Word and Outlook skills with accurate records and attention to detail.
Confident communication with suppliers subcontractors and site teams.
Current White Card and drivers licence.
Forklift licensing and CoR/HVNL experience are desirable.
