Lending Area Manager

Youll lead a team of Mobile and Branch lenders across ACT driving lending growth and supporting them to deliver outcomes for customers.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a competitive lending environment. Youll set direction support day-to-day performance and build referral networks to grow your lending pipeline.

Your focus will be on:

• Leading a team of lenders to deliver personalised lending solutions
• Driving lending performance and business development activity across your region
• Building and maintaining referral partnerships to generate new business
• Coaching lenders to improve capability consistency and results
• Setting a clear standard for customer experience and team performance

Youll work across the business to identify new opportunities and maintain a consistent approach to service and growth.

What do I need

Youll bring leadership experience in lending and be comfortable leading in a performance focused environment.

• Experience leading lenders or sales teams in home lending or banking
• Strong understanding of residential lending and customer needs
• Proven ability to build and grow lending pipelines through networks and referrals
• Ability to coach and develop individuals to lift performance
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and delivering outcomes

Youll also be confident building relationships identifying opportunities in your market and supporting your team to perform.
