We are seeking an outstanding Legal Contract Specialist to join our Legal Team based in Melbourne. This person will be responsible for preparing reviewing and maintaining contract documentation ensuring compliance with contractual term policy positions and effectively assisting in resolution of contract-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation review negotiation and execution of contracts and ancillary documents.

  • Maintain accurate records of contract documentation variations and correspondence.

  • Support project teams with contract interpretation and administration.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to resolve contract negotiations.

  • Contribute to risk identification and mitigation.

About You

  • 2-5 years experience in a contract specialist role.

  • Qualifications in law business construction management or a related field preferred.

  • Experience in the vertical transport or the construction industry is highly regarded.

  • Sound understanding of contract law and construction procurement processes.

  • Strong attention to detail problem-solving abilities and organisation skills.

  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (including written skills) required for building and maintaining stakeholder relationships (both internally and externally with clients).
