St Columbas College isseekingdedicated and compassionateLearning Support Officers (LSO)to join our Learning Diversity team. This role plays a vital part in supporting our students to thrive academicallysociallyand emotionally within an inclusive Catholic learning environment. This is a fixed term (with the possibility of ongoing)part timepositionuntil the end of 2026working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm.

As a Learning SupportOfficeryou will:

• Work collaboratively with teachers to support students with diverse learning needs across Years 712.

• Provide in-classassistance small-groupsupportand individualised learning adjustments.

• Assistwith the implementation of Personalised Learning Plans andevidence-based interventions.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine commitment to supporting young people with diverse learning needs

• Strong communicationteamworkand relationship-building skills

• Able to follow teacher direction while working proactively and independently

• Experience in learning support youth work educationsupportor similar fields (desirable)

• Certificate III or IV in Education Support (advantageousbut not essential)
