The role

Were on the lookout for a Lawyer to join our rapidly growing Melbourne Banking & Finance team working with Andrew Vincent. Andrew is a finance and restructuring specialist at Hamilton Locke. With an impressive background in top-tier financing transactions Andrews practice is now focused predominately on the private credit market.

Andrew has extensive experience advising on corporate finance real estate finance acquisition finance and project finance. He is well known in the private credit market including in real property deals and cashflow-based deals.

Were looking for someone who is:

• A 14 year PQE Banking & Finance lawyer
• Genuinely passionate about problem-solving and thinking outside the box
• Keen to get involved in business development activities
• Looking for a fantastic team culture
