What Youll Be Doing
From day one youll gain exposure to cutting-edge enterprise technologies and develop practical skills that employers value. Youll learn how to:
- Deliver remote technical support to end users
- Deploy software and manage enterprise technology environments
- Troubleshoot PCs devices and Windows-based systems
- Support desktop LAN and printer environments
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues
- Work with industry-standard incident management tools
- Assist with user support training and technology administration
- Collaborate with experienced IT professionals across the business
