Job Summary

This is an exceptional opportunity for a recent Property graduate final-year Property student or an ambitious individual looking to launch a career in commercial real estate. Working alongside some of the industrys leading Industrial & Logistics sales professionals you will gain invaluable exposure to the commercial sales market while developing your analytical and market research this role youll play a key part in maintaining property and client databases and delivering accurate market intelligence that contributes to the teams continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update CRM databases property listings and client records.
  • Ensure property contact and market information is accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets for reporting market analysis and business development activities.
  • Support agents with listing management comparable sales and leasing evidence and property searches.
  • Maintain marketing and mailing lists to support targeted campaigns.
  • Assist with submissions presentations and client reporting.
  • Coordinate database updates from agents and research sources.

Qualifications :

Skills & Experience

  • Property business commerce or related degree qualifications (completed or currently undertaking final year) preferred.
  • Experience in a similar support role within the Property/Real Estate sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
