You will be the driving force behind getting our brand and executives into the spotlight. From keeping a close eye on the Australian economy to writing quick topical press releases to nurturing daily relationships with journalists and securing TV/print slots your daily hustle will directly shape our market reach. This is a 100% hands-on role where your execution and media savvy will immediately boost our brand visibility and scale product awareness through strategic network outreach.


Key Responsibilities:

• Tactical PR Execution: Implement targeted PR campaigns and media outreach to consistently build brand awareness and public trust.
• Rapid Press Releases: Stay on top of current trends in the Australian economy and property market to draft and distribute sharp timely and media-ready press releases.
• Media Placements & Bookings: Proactively pitch and secure high-value placements and interview slots for leadership across TV print radio and major digital media outlets.
• Journalist & Influencer Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong daily relationships with journalists editors TV/radio producers and key industry thought leaders.
• High-Impact Network Outreach: Lead large-scale digital and traditional outreach to major influencers YouTube channels and social media platforms to expand brand reach and support the launch of new marketing products.
• Media Monitoring & Analytics: Track media coverage measure PR campaign effectiveness and report daily/weekly wins using clear KPIs.
• Executive Media Support: Act as the primary liaison for media engagements supporting executive leadership during interviews to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Reputation Tracking: Support brand protection efforts by monitoring public sentiment and proactively managing brand reputation across all media channels.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced PR agency or an in-house brand communications environment.
• Proven Media Success: A verifiable track record of driving consistent media placements (specifically securing TV print or major digital exposure).
• Exceptional Copywriting: Strong written communication skills a flair for storytelling and the ability to draft high-quality press releases under tight deadlines.
• Active Media Network: An established network of Australian media contacts journalists producers and digital influencers is highly desirable.
• High-Output Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume outreach campaigns and navigate fast-moving media cycles.
• Digital & Traditional Savvy: Solid understanding of both traditional PR workflows and modern digital media/influencer landscapes.
