Job Description IT Support Engineer (On-Call/Freelance/Casual) Adelaide

Headquartered in Adelaide Australia we partner with global enterprises to provide reliable onsite IT support across multiple countries.
We are currently looking for experienced IT Support Engineers to provide on-call/freelance onsite support in Adelaide South Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite desktop support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Perform Windows operating system installations upgrades and re-imaging.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops laptops printers and peripherals.
Perform basic network troubleshooting in LAN/WAN environments.
Configure and troubleshoot routers switches and other network devices.
Respond to service requests promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Document all support activities troubleshooting steps and resolutions accurately.
Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support desktop support or field services.
Strong hands-on experience in desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.
Good understanding of networking concepts including LAN WAN routers and switches.
Experience with operating system deployment imaging and break-fix support.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple onsite assignments.
