IT Support Associate

Amazon has an immediate opening for an IT Support Associate for our Sydney corporate office. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and resolving technical challenges this could be your chance to join our team.

As an IT Support Associate at Amazon you will be responsible for delivering end-user support infrastructure management and audiovisual assistance for the Sydney Amazon community. Your work will enable our teams to stay focused on what they do best. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team leverage in-house AI tools and AWS technology and grow through continuous learning.

What Youll Do

- Promptly research resolve and respond to user requests ensuring high-quality support.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot end-user computing issues from analysis to testing and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to process support requests incidents and project activities.
- Assist with triage and escalation of server system or network issues.
- Manage accurate inventory of Amazon-owned equipment.
- Provide hands-on and remote support for teleconferencing systems and AV presentation equipment.
Youll work a rostered business hours shift Monday to Friday along with a shared on-call rotation.

- 1 years of corporate setting Windows Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
- Experience setting up taking down and re-locating PC systems
- 1 years of Windows Server technologies: AD DFS Print Services SCCM experience
- 1 years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience
- 1 years of networking (such as DNS DHCP SSL OSI Model and TCP/IP) experience
- 1 years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience

- 2 years of corporate setting Windows Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
- 1 year of experience providing on-site support and troubleshooting in a high-availability multi-user environment.
- 1 Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment.
