ISAM Engineer Contract Sydney

- ISAM Module skills: Base Advance Access Control (AAC) Federation

- Experience with IBM ISAM/ISVA WebSEAL LDAP WebSphere and IAM technologies.

- Knowledge on Federated Single Sign on using SAML Standards and understanding of SSO & OAUTH.

- Integrate business applications with ISAM as per requirements

- Configuring SSO solutions using Access Manager.

- Implement Multi-factor Authentication OAuth OIDC and other authentication mechanisms.

- Strong troubleshooting log analysis and incident management skills.

- Workflow knowledge in design/implementations provisioning process junctions adapters Clustering Policies User registries.

- Knowledge of Tivoli Directory Server (TDS) External Authentication Interface (EAI).

- Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP DNS Load Balancers Reverse Proxies Firewalls SSL/TLS and connectivity troubleshooting.

- Experience in Architecture & Design aspects of IAM is preferred.

- Experience with infrastructure onboarding environment setup and platform deployment.

- Must be able to lead and participate in outage calls

- Create the Standard Operating Procedure and update the knowledge database documentation whenever required

- Participate in daily/ weekly/ monthly/ customer / internal meetings and provide activities report

- Able to create policy and procedure manual

- Understand the SLA and ensure the SLAs are met as per the Client agreement with customers

- Programming Experience in Java & Java script is a plus

- Automation experience with Jenkins/Ansible/GitLab/Chef/puppet/Bit bucket

- Good to have experience with migrations to Microsoft Azure

- Good to have knowledge of automation using Ansible

- Good to have knowledge on CICD/DevOps methodologies

- Customer Management skills

- Co-ordination with multiple stakeholders / third-party vendors for break-fix; assist in the implementation of best practices processes and tools

- To build up a functional ISAM platform for our client with coordination and teamwork.

- To support in deploying the servers and provide end-to-end support in troubleshooting issues related to any components in ISAM. Need to work with ISAM server configurations Policies user registries clustering EAI etc..
