Our client arespecialists in commercial and industrial chiller air conditioning and mechanical services providing 24 hour service 365 days of the year in Melbourne and Victoria.
This is an entry-level compliance and IMS coordination role supporting ISO and 45001 systems.
It is suitable for candidates with foundational exposure or interest in structured systems document control and compliance processes.
The primary purpose of this position is to maintain and support the Integrated Management System (IMS) across ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 ensuring systems remain accurate compliant and audit-ready.
Reporting directly to the relevant Manager some of your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining compliance registers including risk legal obligations and KPIs
- Supporting external ISO surveillance and recertification audits
- Raising and following up corrective actions and improvement opportunities
- Assisting with management review preparation and tracking objectives
- Preparing meeting agendas and recording minutes for compliance meetings
- Ensuring accurate distribution and integrity of controlled documents
- Maintaining document control procedures registers and version control
- Supporting OH&S systems including licences training records and inductions
- Assisting with inspections audits and hazard management processes
- Maintaining Safety Data Sheets and hazardous substances registers
- Conducting internal audits in line with IMS requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience working within compliance IMS quality or regulated environments
- Strong document control and administrative capability
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Experience maintaining compliance registers and controlled documents (preferred)
- Experience with ISO 9001 ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 systems (preferred)
- Internal auditing experience or exposure (preferred)
- Confident Microsoft Office skills (Word Excel)
