Spotlight Retail Groups (SRG) dynamic property team is offering an exclusive internal growth opportunity for an Implementation Project Manager - Minor Works.

This role is designed to harness your deep hands-on retail expertise and bridge it into full-scale retail project management. You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and mentorship working directly on minor store projects while building a clear pathway toward major new store openings relocations and large-scale renovations across the SRG network.

What you will be doing:

• Oversee and manage multiple Minor store projects simultaneously.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Adhere to strict OH&S guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage project budgets track expenses and report on project progress.
• Provide support for fixture development and placement.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
• Onsite management of contractors

What We Are Looking For

• Retail Leadership: Proven team leadership experience within a fast-paced retail store environment (Current or recent Store Managers / Team Leaders strongly encouraged to apply).
• Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills a distinct sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and budgeting.
• Communication & Service: Exceptional communication skills with a strong customer-service and stakeholder-management orientation.
