How you will make contributions that matter Join Saputo Dairy Australia as a Continuous Improvement Manager across a 12 month this role you will support the uplift of our S&OP and IBP environment and across both BAU and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen planning capability and performance.
Key elements of your role will include:
Supporting and enhancing the monthly IBP process and weekly S&OP cadence
Driving implementation and improvement of inventory policy and working capital initiatives
Leading process improvements across supply planning and WIP management
Contributing to the development and rebuild of planning systems tools and reporting
Tracking and supporting delivery of key planning and continuous improvement projects
Strengthening planning governance reporting and cross-functional ways of working
About you
Strong end-to-end understanding of S&OP and IBP processes
Demonstrated experience in supply planning and inventory management
Proven capability delivering continuous improvement initiatives in complex environments
Experience working with planning systems and tools ideally SAP
Strong analytical and technical skillset with the ability to translate data into insights
Background as a Planning Manager Supply Chain professional or similar within FMCG or manufacturing
