Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced IBM WebMethods Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in WebMethods integration with hands-on experience in Redis Cache RabbitMQ and microservices architecture. This role requires a proactive problem solver who can design develop and maintain integration solutions that are robust scalable and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and implement integration solutions using IBM WebMethods platform.
• Develop and maintain microservices to support business processes and applications.
• Integrate Redis Cache for efficient data storage and retrieval ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Integrate with API Gateway and other Systems of integration.
• Implement messaging and queuing solutions using RabbitMQ to facilitate smooth communication between services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the integration landscape.
• Document integration processes workflows and best practices.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with IBM WebMethods (Integration Server Broker Designer Trading Networks etc.).
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and development.
• Hands-on experience with Redis Cache implementation and management.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with RabbitMQ or similar messaging platforms.
• Proficiency in Java REST APIs and web services (SOAP RESTful).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of OAuth2 JWT and relevant security features like mTLS etc that aligns with Zero Trust Architecture
• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
