We are seeking a highly organised and professional Human Resources Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong interest in human resources and employee relations.

About the Role

Reporting to the National Quality and Governance Manager you will provide administrative support across a broad range of HR functions including:

  • Employee onboarding and offboarding process enhancement
  • Monitoring employee compliance requirements
  • Assisting with performance management documents and employee relations matters
  • Maintaining HR databases systems and policies
  • Trouble shooting incoming enquires regarding the HR electronic platform
  • Supporting award interpretation enquiries
  • General administrative support
  • Developing How To documents to assist out sites to navigate the HR platform

About You

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Previous experience in a Human Resources Quality or Administration role
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong time management and ability to manage competing priorities
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach

Highly Regarded

  • Familiarity with the SCHADS Award
  • Experience within the disability aged care community services or health sectors
  • Understanding of Fair Work legislation and employment compliance requirements
  • Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
