We are seeking a highly organised and professional Human Resources Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong interest in human resources and employee relations.
About the Role
Reporting to the National Quality and Governance Manager you will provide administrative support across a broad range of HR functions including:
- Employee onboarding and offboarding process enhancement
- Monitoring employee compliance requirements
- Assisting with performance management documents and employee relations matters
- Maintaining HR databases systems and policies
- Trouble shooting incoming enquires regarding the HR electronic platform
- Supporting award interpretation enquiries
- General administrative support
- Developing How To documents to assist out sites to navigate the HR platform
About You
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Previous experience in a Human Resources Quality or Administration role
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong time management and ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive and solution-focused approach
Highly Regarded
- Familiarity with the SCHADS Award
- Experience within the disability aged care community services or health sectors
- Understanding of Fair Work legislation and employment compliance requirements
- Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
