HR Coordinator

In this role youll play a critical part in supporting the business across HR operations payroll and employee lifecycle activities while identifying opportunities to simplify streamline and automate the way we work. • Deliver end-to-end HR administrative support across onboarding employee changes and offboarding ensuring a seamless employee experience.

• Maintain and audit employee data across HR systems trackers and dashboards while identifying opportunities to improve data quality reporting accuracy and process efficiency.

• Coordinate with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely transfer of employee data and proactively improve workflows between teams.

• Administer employee benefits including issuing updating and cancelling access in line with employment changes.

• Support payroll administration activities such as timesheet tracking follow-up on approvals leave processing and data validation.

• Generate HR and payroll reports using data and insights to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.

• Continuously review HR processes and workflows identifying opportunities to simplify automate and improve the employee and manager experience.

• Manage operational HR programs including service awards recognition initiatives and Gallup Strengths assessments.

• Provide first-line support to employees and managers on HR policies employment conditions and lifecycle processes while delivering a customer-focused experience.

• Contribute to projects and initiatives that enhance HR operations scalability and service delivery across the business.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative HR payroll or coordination role.

• Completion of a tertiary qualification in Human Resources Business or a related discipline.

• Experience using HRIS payroll systems or data management tools.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).

• A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in improving processes solving problems and driving efficiencies.

• Experience supporting payroll or employee lifecycle processes.
• Exposure to HR reporting dashboards data analysis or process improvement initiatives.
• Experience identifying and implementing workflow improvements system enhancements or automation opportunities.
• Experience administering employee benefits recognition programs or HR projects.

• Location: St Leonards NSW
