Position Summary:
- Responsible for the co-ordination of the HR activities programs and initiatives - creating a space for associates to gather and belong
- Assist with the onboarding of new associates and prepare employment contracts
- Assist with all areas of recruitment whilst following Marriotts talent acquisition requirements
- Liase with other departments to deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Complete all aspects of the employee life cycle in collaboration with the Human Resources Team inviting welcoming and connecting with each associate
- Support the team with TakeCare events and activities creating a caring community that empowers associates to grow and reach their full potential.
- Complete Human Resources administration tasks and offer general support to the team

- Relevant experience in a similar role
