Job Summary
Job Title: Butcher
We are hiring experienced and qualified Butchers (ANZSCO 351211) for an excellent opportunity in Queensland Australia. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in meat cutting trimming processing and maintaining food safety standards in a retail or processing environment.
- Prepare and cut meat as per customer and business requirements
- Bone trim slice mince and tenderise meat products
- Ensure proper weighing packaging and labelling of products
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
- Work with the team to meet production targets
- Provide excellent customer service when required
- Certificate III in Meat Processing (Retail Butcher) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a qualified butcher
- Strong knowledge of meat cuts and food safety standards
- Good knife handling and meat preparation skills
- Valid Skills Assessment for Butcher
- Valid IELTS or PTE score for Australia visa requirements
- Eligible for 482 Visa Sponsorship
- Physically fit to perform job duties

Required Skills:
Skills & Experience Required Certificate III in Meat Processing (Retail Butcher) or equivalent qualification. Proven experience as a qualified butcher in a retail or processing environment. Sound knowledge of meat cuts preparation methods and food safety standards. Strong knife skills and attention to detail. Mandatory Requirements Valid Skills Assessment for occupation ANZSCO 351211 (Butcher). Valid IELTS or PTE test results meeting Department of Home Affairs requirements for the 482 visa. Eligibility for 482 visa sponsorship. Physically fit to perform the duties of the role
