With offices across Australia New Zealand and the UK were building a different kind of legal business and were looking for a Head of Corporate to lead the next chapter of our Corporate practice.

The opportunity

This is a senior leadership role for an experienced corporate lawyer who wants to do more than simply deliver matters.

Youll own the growth performance and direction of the Corporate practice; building the team growing client relationships originating new work and helping us rethink how corporate legal services are delivered.

Business development sits at the heart of the role. Youll be visible in the market activate and grow your network develop new client relationships and build a sustainable pipeline of work for the team.

Youll also work closely with our CEO Executive Team and fellow Heads of Team to help shape the broader Law Squared business.

• Deliver excellent legal services and support our clients to achieve their goals
• Deepen relationships with existing clients referrers and strategic partners
• Originate new clients and matters and build a strong pipeline of work
• Lead coach develop and oversee legal work for a high-performing Corporate team
• Drive operational excellence and smarter ways of working
• Champion AI technology and innovation in legal service delivery
• Help shape the future of Law Squared and our position in the market

You may currently be a Partner Principal Head of Practice or senior corporate lawyer ready for broader leadership responsibility.
