Job Summary
Head Chef
$35.00 base rate as a permanent part-time employee

The Role
- Oversee the a la carte dining onsite on part-time basis
- This is a retirement village not a residential aged care facility. Doncaster VIC location.
- Responsible for stock control budgets rostering staff mentoring training
- Liaise with the client and other key stakeholders
- Create and maintain nutritional menus with a focus on healthy eating
The Person
- Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
- Previous kitchen management experience in a similar role
- Experience in HACCP food safety and infection control
- Police Check holder or be willing to obtain this check
