About the Program

• 12-month structured transition program with two 6-month clinical rotations in either Acute or Peri-Operative areas at 0.8 FTE/ 60 hours/fortnight(negotiable).
• Options to nominate preferred rotation areas

Who We Are Looking For

• Recent graduates with a Bachelor of Nursing and Registered with AHPRA. AHPRA Registration to be finalised prior to start date (early 2027)
• Less than 3 months of full-time RN experience in Australia or overseas
• Unrestricted working rights with the ability to work 60 hours / fortnight minimum.
• Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster (Acute)
