This is a self-employed performance-based independent contractor opportunity. It is not a salaried employment position.
You will work within an established business model supported by personal development and leadership education programmes established systems training mentorship and an international professional community.
Rather than developing your own courses programmes or business systems from scratch you will learn and apply an existing framework while developing your communication relationship-building and business skills.

What Youll Be Doing

Connect with professionals interested in personal and professional development.
Conduct professional introductory conversations to understand individual goals and interests.
Provide information about established personal development and leadership education programmes.
Follow a structured information and follow-up process.
Learn and apply established digital marketing communication and business systems.
Participate in ongoing product business and leadership training.
Build professional relationships within an international community.

Experience from leadership consulting education HR recruitment sales business development account management and other people-focused professional backgrounds may be transferable.
