We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Diploma Educator to join our team at Mini Masterminds Box Hill (84-place centre).

About the Role
As a Diploma Educator you will work collaboratively with your team to deliver engaging play-based learning experiences that support each childs learning development and wellbeing.
You will build meaningful relationships with children and families while contributing to a positive inclusive and high-quality learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs
Create a safe nurturing and inclusive learning environment
Observe and document childrens learning and development
Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues
Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality education and care
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) National Quality Standards (NQS) and all relevant legislation
- Act as the Responsible Person for the service
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre
Step into a leadership role and run the room in the absence of the Lead Educator
Support childrens wellbeing learning and development through meaningful interactions
Manage both opening and closing shifts

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
Available to work MondayThursday with the flexibility to work 10 hour shifts
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
Current Child Protection training/certificate
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for early childhood education
Preferably 1 years experience working in an early childhood education and care setting
Act as the Responsible Person ensuring the centre operates safely and in accordance with regulatory requirements
Take responsibility for opening and closing shifts supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre
Step into a leadership capacity when the Room Leader is absent providing guidance and support to the team and ensuring the room continues to operate effectively
