Role Overview

We are looking for a Front-End Full Stack Engineer with AI experience to design develop and deploy modern scalable web and AI-powered applications. The role requires strong expertise across Python AI/ DevSecOps and SRE with hands-on experience delivering production-grade solutions.

• Design and develop scalable applications using Python .
• Build and deploy AI/GenAI applications in production environments.
• Develop AI solutions using LLMs Prompt Engineering RAG AI Agents Embeddings and Semantic Search.
• Implement AI applications using LangChain LangGraph LlamaIndex Semantic Kernel or similar frameworks.
• Develop robust APIs and backend services using FastAPI Flask Django and/.
• Build and integrate AI Agents and multi-agent workflows.
• Design scalable secure and high-performing application architectures.
• Work with SQL NoSQL and vector databases/vector stores.
• Implement containerisation and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions.
• Apply DevSecOps and SRE principles across development and production environments.
• Work with Azure AWS or GCP cloud platforms.
• Leverage Claude and GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development practices.
• Ensure application security reliability scalability observability and performance.

• Strong hands-on experience with and .
• Strong hands-on Python development experience.
• Proven experience building and deploying AI/GenAI applications.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs RAG Prompt Engineering AI Agents Vector Databases Embeddings and Semantic Search.
• Experience with LangChain LangGraph LlamaIndex Semantic Kernel or similar AI frameworks.
• Strong backend/API development using FastAPI Flask Django and/.
• Experience with Azure AWS or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Docker Kubernetes CI/CD and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with SQL NoSQL and vector databases.
• Strong understanding of software architecture scalability security and performance optimisation.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and SRE practices.
• Experience with Claude or similar AI coding assistants.

• Experience building Agentic AI solutions and multi-agent workflows.
• Exposure to AI governance Responsible AI AI evaluation frameworks and model observability.
• Experience in banking financial services cards payments lending or other regulated industries.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted software engineering.
