About the role:
In the Bunnings Frame & Truss centres we continue our long history of servicing the needs of Australian trades. In this role you will be assembling Timber Framing with use of the latest tools to ensure our Frame & Trusses are manufactured to Australian standards.
With the use of the automated technology the process of building and assembling frames and trusses has never been more cost effective safe and efficient making now the ideal time to join our team.
We offer consistent permanent work that you and your family can rely on regardless of weather or season.
Whats involved:
Load timber wall frames and roof trusses from 2.4 to 12m
Be responsible for stock management considering safety aspects when using a forklift and ensuring a clean and tidy work environment
Picking packing and dispatching orders
Forklift operation
Manual handling
Who were looking for:
Were on the lookout for team members who are passionate about helping others and keen to learn and grow. Youll love variety in your day-to-day work working across areas such as the assembly area and inventory accuracy whilst also having the opportunity to grow your experience in other areas. A personal interest and experience in the industry is always a plus however we will give you all the skills youll need and show you the ropes.
Youll need:
Basic knowledge of timber and building although full training will be provided
Current valid Forklift licence (essential)
Capability to work on the tools
An ability to work in and contribute to a team
To act with integrity be safe and do your best
