Finishes Foreman

As our Finishes Foreman youll take ownership of your area of responsibility planning organising and coordinating operational works to achieve project objectives with excellence. Reporting directly to our Site Manager youll ensure all works are completed safely to high quality standards and in the most time and cost-efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of the residential project in collaboration with the site manager
• Ensuring strict adherence to planning and quality control processes maximising productivity
• Monitoring on-site safety protocols and procedures
• Regularly communicating and coordinating with stakeholders
• Providing guidance and support to site staff throughout all stages of construction
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during construction

What You Will Bring

• Exceptional leadership communication and organisational abilities
• Strong knowledge of building codes standards and methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional planning organisational and leadership abilities
• A trade qualification or Construction Management degree
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Site Foreman in the building & construction industry
• QBCC Builders Open licence (supervisor) is a must
• Full-time availability with an immediate start
• Valid drivers licensc and Construction white card
