About the Role
As the Site Supervisor you will lead and coordinate multidisciplinary construction teams delivering NBN network this hands-on leadership role you will oversee subcontractors drive safety and quality outcomes manage project delivery activities and ensure works are completed efficiently safely and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include

• Safety Leadership champion a strong safety culture ensure compliance lead incidents investigations site inspections and audits
• Project Delivery and Resource Management coordinate construction activities supervisesubcontractors and construction teams conduct site walk outs planning and scoping activities ensuring all associated reporting and documentation is completed accurately
• Quality and Compliance drive no rework culture quality inspections and subcontractor audits resolve defects and maintain project schedules
• Leadership and Team Development provide leadership coaching and mentoring to field teams and subcontractors foster accountability and continuous improvement and promote diversity inclusion and respect with the workplace and identify development opportunities to support team growth

Required Skills and Experience
You must have experience in a similar position (site supervisor construction supervisor or similar leadership role). A trade qualification relevant industry qualification or equivalent practical experience is highly regarded.

• Experience supervising field-based construction or telecommunication projects
• Strong understanding of safety quality and operational best practices
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple work fronts
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong computer literacy and reporting capabilities
• Current drivers licence and construction white card
