A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Field Performance Lead reporting to Executive Manager Field Business Operations

A bit about your role

The Field Performance Lead is responsible for driving the performance productivity compliance and continuous improvement of the internal field workforce across the region. Leveraging data-driven insights operational expertise and a strong understanding of business processes systems and tools the role identifies performance trends and opportunities to improve customer experience quality safety workforce effectiveness and cost outcomes. Working closely with operational leaders the Performance Manager supports informed decision-making and delivers initiatives that enable sustainable operational improvement.

Partnering with Region and Field Area Managers Safety and Quality teams and Control Tower Performance functions the role provides governance performance visibility and issue escalation across field operations. The Field Performance Lead plays a key role in embedding best practices monitoring progress against performance objectives and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational excellence and delivery outcomes across Field Services.

A bit about you

This role requires a highly experienced telecommunications professional preferably with a bachelors degree in Telecommunications Business or a related commercial discipline. The successful candidate will bring a strong combination of commercial acumen operational leadership and industry knowledge with an understanding of emerging telecommunications technologies and their impact on field operations and service delivery. They will have a demonstrated ability to analyse performance trends influence stakeholders and drive measurable business outcomes within large-scale and complex operational environments.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering performance improvements through a contracted field workforce supported by experience leading quality and performance initiatives across field operations. A strong working knowledge of nbn performance management systems SMAX Power BI Field Services work types and associated workflows is highly desirable. The role requires exceptional analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of using data and operational insights to improve workforce effectiveness service quality customer outcomes and overall business performance.

Demonstrated ability to analyse complex business and operational challenges leverage data-driven insights and deliver technology-enabled process improvements that enhance efficiency performance and decision-making will enable success in this role.
