This longterm partnership reflects Downers strength in managing large complex portfolios and delivering highquality services at scale.

Wecurrently have an opportunity for a Facilities Managerto join our workforce and play a key role in the operational delivery and performance of integrated facilities services across Stocklands diverse property portfolio.Reportingto the Regional Manager Facilities Services youllhelp deliver high-quality outcomes for our client and our communities.

What Youll Do

This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:

• Lead and support site teams to deliver safe efficient and customer-focused services by fostering a collaborative culture setting clear expectations and developing capability aligned with Stocklands values and operational goals.
• Driving operational excellence and team engagement through collaborative leadership.
• Ensuring commercial success through cost optimisation workforce productivity and capability development.
• Building strong proactive relationships with Stockland stakeholders to deliver value and responsiveness.
• Identify and support site-level service improvements and collaborative delivery models in partnership with Stocklands site leadership to enhance operational performance and customer outcomes.

What Youll Bring

• Extensive experience in facilities/property management ideally across commercial retail or mixed-use sites.
• Skilled in managing multi-site operations using both self-delivery and subcontractor models.
• Strong financial skills in budgeting cost control and performance reporting.
• Experienced in compliance with building codes fire safety (e.g. BWOF) and environmental standards.
• Proficient in FM systems (e.g. CMMS CAFM) and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledgeable in asset lifecycle preventative maintenance and contractor oversight.
