Your new career

Our Melbourne Spark Intern Program is designed for students in their penultimate year of university who want to experience life at Pitcher Partners and understand what it is like to work in a professional service environment.

You will complete a seven-week internship in one of our practice groups giving you the opportunity to apply your university studies to real world practice. You will join a cohort of approximately 30 interns and participate in professional and technical development together with opportunities to learn and have fun together.

As a Spark Intern you will have a buddy and manager within your practice group to guide you and a program manager to support you at each step of the way. During your internship you will have the opportunity to work with and learn from partners and senior staff.
