Job Description

What youll do

• Support leasing and sales transactions across the South West Sydney industrial market.
• Assist with property campaigns inspections enquiries proposals submissions and client updates.
• Help prepare listing content inspection materials Heads of Agreement offers and transaction documentation.
• Maintain accurate property client and deal records and track key transaction milestones.
• Research local listings transactions occupier requirements and emerging market activity.
• Build relationships with owners occupiers investors and industry stakeholders.
• Contribute to pitches proposals and new business opportunities.

About you

• You have up to two years of commercial real estate experience or a strong interest in building a career in property brokerage.
• You are ambitious relationship-focused and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
• You communicate clearly pay close attention to detail and can manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• You bring strong customer service stakeholder-management and Microsoft Office skills.
• A qualification in property real estate business or a related discipline is preferred.
• You hold a current real estate license or are eligible to obtain one where required.
