The role aligns closely with the businesss content production and entertainment does your day to day look likeProvide day-to-day legal support to television entertainment content and production review and negotiate talent presenter production commissioning and content on intellectual property copyright licensing rights acquisitions and content exploitation with commercial teams on sponsorship partnership advertising and revenue-generating advice on defamation privacy consumer law regulatory compliance and reputational risk content teams on production-related legal issues from development through to disputes claims and external legal counsel where trusted relationships with senior leaders and provide commercially focused legal guidance that enables business youll need:Proven experience in media entertainment production or content-focused legal commercial contracting negotiation and stakeholder management in intellectual property content rights licensing and media law.A pragmatic solutions-focused approach with sound commercial ability to partner confidently with senior leaders in a fast-paced youre a commercially minded media lawyer who thrives in fast-paced production environments and enjoys partnering with creative teams to bring great content to life wed love to hear from you.#s-dni
